The Operators Section was updated today with the latest breakdown of the Boeing 757 fleet among carriers across the world. The latest information shows some 1,019 757 aircraft in service (964 -200s and 55 -300s) with 104 operators.

The latest information shows 1,000 757 aircraft in service (945 -200s and 55 -300s) with 96 operators.

The Specifications Section has been overhauled today, with a new look and much more detailed information available including a brand new sub-section on Doors and Door Configurations. The Operators Section was also updated.

The Abnormal Procedures Section was updated with the Subsequent Procedures page fully uploaded. The section looks at inflight engine starts, the emergency descent, passenger evacuation and ditching procedures. Look out for more pages in the Abnormal Procedures section being added soon.

The Abnormal Procedures Section was updated with the Marginal Conditions / Performance page fully uploaded. The section looks at the aircraft performance issues, avoidance, precuations and recovery procedures for windshear encounters and also discusses turbulent air penetration and terrain avoidance techniques to be used in response to any GPWS warning.
