OPTIMUM / MAXIMUM ALTITUDES
The table below shows both maximum and optimum weights for standard Boeing 757 cruise levels. Also shown is the maximum weight for severe turbulence at each level, and the optimum weight at which to commence both 2,000ft and 4,000ft step climbs from the denoted levels.
